In regards to virgin the loads have picked up and I'd say 65% or higher recently, a lot of the time they are close to full, I wonder if like ba cityflyer that this apd is having an affect as it's such a large tax to add to domestic tickets and it seems to be stalling growth for airports that are not Heathrow.
Maybe if Scotland does go independent and the apd is cut and eventually got rid of more airlines will be willing to fly out of scottish airports,
One can only hope but it would be a major loss if virgin were to pull out considering with just 6 flights a day it's over 1000 daily seats lost to the major destination out of Aberdeen.
