Ferrovial/Macquarie raising the capital (debt) to purchase ABZ/GLA/SOU airports from HAH. I know many acquisitions are made using debt raised to buy the asset, but it is what I feared. Raising debt to buy assets - what is left over to develop the asset, if indeed that is the intention, if you are then having to pay off said debt used to buy your target in the first place?
