Cruel as it is to mock the afflicted, in a way it would be almost good for the Independence lot to win, because in 5 years they would be like the guy outside the cockpit of Tony Hancock's plane "Can I come in". Without their own currency, there would be no central bank, no control of financial regulators so no control of the economy, no financial institutions because no regulator. Salmond is playing on the emotion he claims to despise and has no real plan for how an independent Scotland would manage itself. On the other hand , if he loses, he is off into a black hole somewhere never to be seen again, hopefully. My one and only rant on the subject "Rant" now "off"
