Civil Aviation Order 82.3 Amendment Instrument 2014 (No. 2) This order amends the Civil Aviation Order 82.3 - Conditions on air operators' certificates authorising regular public transport operations in other than high capacity aircraft (12/12/2004) to enable air operator certificate holders for low capacity regular public transport operations to unilaterally amend their CASA-approved safety-management systems and human factors and non-technical skills programs to maintain or increase aviation safety for the operations.
