You seem to have taken my comments the wrong way - what I am concerned about is the difficulty any support company would have in providing excellent service if it was not making any money on the contract. . .. .I have worked with FLS in the past and have no problems with the skills and profesionalism of the engineers, however I know that some managers who find themselves in an unproductive contract will not put in the resources needed for the best of the operation.
