It's CASA not CARZA

How on earth do the public servants get to pronounce casa (say KASSA) as KARZA or KAZZA ?

Are they trying to make a poorly named department sound more posh ?

ITS CASA -- there is simply no grammatical argument I can see to pronounce it any other way than "KASSA".
