Its very hard to believe. They are now number 3 or 4 in Germany, more than 20 airframes I think and they still use those methods. Save money save money save money. Because as we can read from the previous post they still have full type rating courses and more than enough guys willing to pay for their LT and 400+ hours afterwards as well.
Small wonder they can operate on routes other airlines are dropping because there is no profit.
