doubtful it will be GIP otherwise you get the issue of a monopoly in Scotland - the whole reason BAA had to sell either EDI or GLA a few years back. MAG would struggle as you would potentially get a conflict between SOU and BOH. My money is on Ferrovial but would personally prefer GIP
