I don't know about u, but failing your techinical and emergency procedures sounds pretty serious to me....
but again as bakela said keep up the policies no matter if it means dropping standards and making it unsafe for a lot of pilots out there.
Just another thought though, this is just on their initial training what about all the other highly skilled stuff they still need to master and the high tech equipment they will be flying
if they can't pass that will they then get assigned a desk job
all that money WASTED
But enough moaning from me now
