The PIC’s name goes in the PIC column.
If you’re flying ICUS, you’re not PIC, so whatever name goes in the PIC column, it shouldn’t be yours.
If you’re flying ICUS and you’ve created a separate column for ICUS time in your logbook, there shouldn’t be anyone’s name in the Co-Pilot column.
