If Virgin were to operate from Newcastle they would most likely use an A330 rather than a 747 to Orlando.
Thing is the leisure A330s have been reconfigured to be more premium heavy in line with the LHR based fleet, so they have way too much Upper Class for a NCL operation IMHO.
