Scanning to pdf
I'm running a Dell PC with Windows 8. I use an Epson printer/scanner SX235W that is a wireless connection.
Out of the blue, I am unable to get it to scan whether I click on the icon on the desktop or push the buttons on the printer/scanner.
The print function is still fine.
Using the troubleshooting prog I get a message 'incompatible program'.
Any ideas please? I am not computer-minded so I'd appreciate laymans' language!
