Are you discussing Outlook as in the real Outlook, an e-mail client which is part of MS Office - or 'Outlook.com' which is the confusing new name for Hotmail?
Why on earth those idiots at Micro$oft chose to use the same name for 2 different e-mail systems is beyond me.
'BEagle'@hotmail.com still works as it has done for well over 12 years now.... Which I've added to 'Office' Outlook as one of my e-mail accounts. That way you don't have to read puerile Yank-geekery such as 'Wow, you have a very clean Inbox!'
