C'mon, he didn't mean big company hiring illegals. Plenty of those mano negra Latinos and Africanos in Spain anyway. Spanish nationality and permanent residence laws and regulations make it way too easy to get shoe in, not even considering proper company sponsored work visa for skilled individuals.
