Bing Maps - Driving Directions, Traffic and Road Conditions shows a nice aerial view of the existing hangar with three aircraft parked in a line outside what will be the new apron. I would say that there is not enough width for any aircraft to get out without other aircraft being moved first.
I wonder if there is any regret now from Signature having hangar 125 built and then selling it to Gulfstream? If they had kept it they would have had all of their operations in a single footprint and without it the total new apron space would have been quite sizable.
