Have you spoken with any of the companies offering TR courses?
You can get either / both TR quals at Redhill. SFH thereafter, you might need some hours with a safety pilot before they will let you loose on your own.
May be worth exploring options for SFH before getting the TR.

A more reliable way to ensure that you can fly solo is to buy one and recoup funds by leasing to one of the operators. I know of an opportunity if you are interested - PM me if you want.
