It's trendy for MOU pilots to say how unhappy they are and how quickly they'll be outta there when the term ends. However I think you'll find that most are betting their chips on China Southern. If they get in, they go to CSA on further LWOP from QF. If they don't get in I think quite a few will blink at the last moment (if you can call 5 months the last moment), resign from QF and stay at JQ. This scenario has already played out, and the ending of the 3-year terms have only just started.
So it all depends on CSA. What's the success rate? Maybe 50%?
