This is a great result. To have the Chief Pilot state that it likely that no CR will be required is an indication that it's not necessary to think doom and gloom all the time. This will give some hope for the junior pilots and there is a big thankyou to the pilots who voluntarily resigned (MOU) this month as it certainly helped as well as the VR's. Now if a few A380 retirements are thrown in over the next 2 years the numbers might end up being right. Good one.
