Normally around 50' over the threshold if you are legally landing on a destination Airport.......that's not even 15' and he's no where near the threshold yet!!
Cowboy, one day he will misjudge and drag all the fence along the runway with him!! Serve him right too

You are correct, of course, but I'm wondering if that photo doesn't show the whole story, as eye-catching as it is. And yes, doesn't that fence look rather freshly painted
