Hi Paco, your last post is very interesting. Please confirm (so I can check I have read it correctly), that if I did ATPL(H) theory under JAR amendment 3 back in 2002 my exams are still valid for an IR(H) provided I have kept current on a type rating since CPL(H) issue? And that although the IAA recognise this the CAA do not?
