The good old CAA

Although it states this in black and white in JAR-FCL 2 and EASA Part-FCL about the CPL credits, it is looking like the CAA are not buying it!! I'm having this battle at the moment with them - as you know. Last email sent to the CAA was 3 weeks ago and still no reply!! They are recognising this if you did the original ATPL exams/license though.
Don't you just love 'em
