QF pilots are the same as every other pilot faced with the choice of accepting reduced wages and conditions to keep their current job. They won't be happy to accept them but when it comes to the choice of paying the mortgage or going overseas for a better paying job(allegedly) they will stay. If QF ever start recruiting again there will be no shortage of suitable applicants.
