Being competitive with the rest of the world doesnt mean getting paid the same as the rest of the world.
It means the package of salary/leave/professionalism/lifestyle/clean air should be JUST enough to attract and retain staff. And it clearly is by far.
Take a look at the old days at TN/AN when you could go to CX on A scale salary and much much faster command upgrade and yet how many left? A few, not many.
