There are new requirement in regards to PIC hours and XC hours. From what I gather, EASA no longer recognize PIC dual received, only "actual" PIC.
Nothing new here. Even under JAA hours logged with an instructor were PIC.
The FAA is the exception rather than the norm on this one.
