When QF had 3 crew on PER - SIN it was because they either did SIN - PER - SIN in one duty or the C or FO were 30 in 7 limited. I'm surprised you haven't highlighted those long haul naughty pilots operating 3 crew from BNE to SYD every morning on the 8.
