Which all sounds great, BUT:
1) Jetstar isnt working
2) People dont like the airline
3) The USP 'Australian Airline' is gone
4) There is no loyalty in the pond Jetstar is in
5) Crew are actually not that more efficient and no attempt was made to change 'inefficiencies'.
They are incompetent and have destroyed something they did not even attempt to understand.
