Hey FBN, I've listened to your drivel for pages and pages now. Simple little things for you to digest:
1. Management locked us out because they wanted to run the business as they saw fit, management prerogative they call it,
2. they, consequently, are responsible for ALL goings on. Just ask them who was responsible when they were making record profits? They were of course - and now losses - it is everyone else's fault,
3. walk into a terminal and find 50 Virgin passengers, ask them if they ever flew QANTAS before and if so why not now. I'll bet at least 10 if not 20% would tell you they hate J* and consequently walked. That's what you get with an MBwA (Management By walking Around),
4. duplicated management structures, loss of economies of scale, bad staff morale ALL management's fault!
5. Ever sat there when things are going wrong (pick a myriad different reasons) in a plane when you're responsible? Not for some KPIs or budget but real people's lives?
