If i was you, i would discard Aerofan and Madrid Flight School.
The first, because of their aircraft condition, and the second one don't even start to fly their Seneca.
I know that Aerocenter offer IR CPL too, but i don't know about his quality
In Madrid, Aerotec and Gestair, If you decide too try outside, i hear good things from Aeroclub Barcelona-Sabadell, FTE an Adventia
