Logging of Hours with 'Heavy Crew'

I am curious to find out the procedures for carriers in the ME when it comes to logging of flight hours with Heavy Crew.

I had heard some procedures may have changed over recent time for the likes of EK, so I thought other threads on this topic may be a little dated. Whether or not what the rumour mill is sending out is true, who knows!?

For a 4 pilot crew on a ULR flight for example, what hours do the operating crew log for the outbound leg, and also what do the relief crew log?

Is it then reversed for the way back?

Does the nominated PIC always log 100% of the time even when resting?

In my case the FO's are logging 50% of the time when operating a flight with 4 crew, whereas the Captains log 75% of the total time over a two sector trip (as they will log 100% when operating and 50% when relief crew).

Any thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated.

Thanks
