I know of the strip at Khancoban, permission needed and easily obtained from snowy hydro, and the stip at Island Bend, now dissused, just down from the Guthega part of the Perisher resort, now that would be fun to land at, also makes a great camp site if you want a cheap ski trip, another strip at Cabramurra, again, disused, was once used by the RAAF caribous for high alt training. they are still in good condition and could easily be opened to fire fighting and emergency use.
there is also private but open to public strip at Adaminaby.

No mention anywhere but on top of ..... The Snowy Range of course at about 5200. Look on a topo north of Sale
Ahh ok, in the Victorian alps? sadly dont know of any strips in that area except of Hotham, and Bright.
