Qatar MPL vs ATPL integrated - CTC Wings
Hi,
I have applied to CTC's MPL with Qatar Airways as well as CTC ATPL integrated, and hoping to get a bite for both.
I am wondering what the catch is for the CTC MPL course with Qatar? The way I see it, you don't get taken all the way to ATPL until 1500hrs, and not sure if they pay for TR (!?) so you could be spend several thousand for TR and you could also risk being fired for x/y reason before you reach 1500 hours - which would mean getting another pilot job after difficult as you won't have been issued with ATPL.
With CTC ATPL you aren't guaranteed a job after (98% graduates get placed they say on their website) but you do get to frozen ATPL on completion (>18 months) which means you are more employable (?)
Just weighing up options, would welcome thoughts and/or experiences.
