At yesterday's management brief at recurrent, the lady from HR was asked about staff travel. One question was about the possibility of getting 2 ALTs per year since no one can get 42 days off in one block. The other question was from a guy from the States who was saying it's pretty much impossible to get seats on US flights so can something be done about that. The answer, in short, was "We will only do something if it benefits Emirates and giving employees seats will not benefit us".
