We are not flying around everywhere at 200 kts! We fly an appropriate speed to ensure we arrive at our destination on schedule. As wingo wango said, the schedule is king. If we can be efficient while working to the schedule then that's a bonus, is it not?
There is no ops or management pressure and it is purely down to the discretion of the operating crew on the day.
