Try Eurocontrol Maastricht. They are recruiting new ab-initios starting next year, you meet the age requirements (max. 25) and they pay your training and a salary on top, not like you had to do in Spain. Selection process and training is hard to get through like in many other ANSPs but you'll never know if you don't try. Also, for your integration to be easier, several spanish controllers are working there as well , among many nationalities, you don't really feel like an expat as most of the staff there are from outside the NL too.
