Suspect Virgin Media adopt an "Operation Ostrich" technique when they FUBAR and that by being incommunicado and issuing an apology will keep people sweet! I've had weeks of probs with my virgin.net address. My account was inexplicably discontinued, but eventually restored but has not been same since.
