Oh I see. Yes I agree it is a little dingy down there. I like to sit down there however and it's pretty quiet and right by the gates too. Natural light would be good though but I honestly don't know what is behind the wall on which WHS sits. It would be nice to get some light down there.
I'm not sure how well WHS down there is used, I've certainly never used it but maybe if it were turned into a bigger seating area it may help, but in don't think the airport would be keen on people loitering down there when they should be enjoying their "shopping time" upstairs. Besides I can't see them giving up retail space for a seating area.
