Have they cut flights from EDI and GLA?
I take it you mean to/from BRS. Looking at next winter the answer seems to be that they haven't with EDI mainly 4 x daily on weekdays and GLA 3 x daily (slight reduction midweek in January) both as last winter. It does seem perverse with NCL-BRS next winter and, has been said, presumably it's down to yields but the route's been running for a decade with at least two daily rotations, one early the other later in the day, so what's suddenly changed? I've used the route several times in recent years for day trips to Newcastle - very little chance of that this winter.
I know it all comes down to yields, but those Bristol flights are always pretty choc-a-bloc. Remember that the annual figures quoted above date back to when Ezy operated 3 return flights per day.
In summer 2007 it was actually 4 x daily every day except Saturday which was 2 x daily. Now that might have been a bit of overkill - feast to near famine it now seems.
