A319 has about the same range as a 757-200
Only if fitted with extra tanks for LR/ACJ specs, which is eating baggage space and you simply can't make all-economy payload with extra tanks without going over max available MTOW.
Normal A319 tanks (same as 320) fit 19 tones jeta1, with average fuel burn with 144 pax+bags you can do aprox 6:30 to 6:45 sector (block) plus typical reserves. You can make US transatlantic eastbound but not westbound, and not into JFK or LHR.
A320 with 180 pax can do around 6 hours, not enough for TATL really.
737-800 is a bit better but still can't make it in full economy config.
