Guys!
Reading throught chapter 7 I was trying to figure out the following:
Can you have a pairing that uses the Annex II variation departing DXB let's say 04:00 in the morning. The variation states that one should have one local night's rest IMMEDIATELY prior to duty and since you are reporting in the middle of the local night (22-08) isn't then impossible to use Annex II?
