I was thinking of Thomson, Monarch & easyJet on the basis of Luton being their home base/head office which does not apply to Ryanair & Wizz. I'm interpreting the meaning of 'a LTN based carrier'. Maybe I'm wrong, we'll see.
According to the Monarch thread on here there'll be 2 A321's & 3 A320's at Luton. Has all that capacity now been accounted for or is there more to come?
