I am really amused by you coming here and disserting about a professional union representing a profession you don't belong to. What would happen if I came to give advice in a pilot's forum about their unions?
There is no doubt in my mind which of the unions is professional and seeks a harmonious working relationship, and which is a confrontational, militant bunch who spend all their time blaimng others for their failings.
You are arrogant just to think you can do it, and the way you do it quoted above. You "have no doubt in your mind"? You understood it all? Well, I think that we can work out our advices about unions alone without the help of I-know-it-all outsider.
