I have ever asked this question to the interviewers when I had attended the interview with EK on Febuary this year. They said EK has no plan to expland the base to other city. Therefore, I think at this moment, there won't be EK based in Brisbane. He he he. EK will use Dubai as their hub but EK may expand their route to more destinations.
