I'd agree with BarryMonday that your presentation and poor spelling, says a lot about the disregard you hold the readership of the forums. Your immaturity is apparent here and I expect will be obvious in any psychometric testing you undergo as part of the CX recruitment process.
It may well be that you are dyslexic, looking at the sort of errors you have made and I'd suggest you consider undergoing assessment as methods of overcoming this problem are available.
