Hey RR. Again spoke to FAA there is a world wide bulletin to DARs not to issue a ferry permit to N447FT. Additional to that if you check the FAA regs ( I will and post tomorrow ) the Flight engineer MUST BE CURRENT even for a private ferry flight. There are no simulators and No FAA staff current or rated as FE on CL44 to check any potential FE.
Miami FAA looked in their system said GL was in Malaysia JHB putting around with a C160 transall but failed 2 engines on the ground. Seems the US agencies are watching him.......
CL44 will NOT move under "N" numbers. I know of a British guy who has the data plate and all the Structural inspections in boxes in storage.
