We hire based on demand, flying skills, and personality. I can't promise a position via email or forum. During an instructor rating course if we feel that we would not hire the candidate for whatever reason we let them know early on and won't continue the course in vain. We are always looking for good, solid pilots and communicators to be flight instructors.

There is a program where when one completed a course of at least 8 months (usually PPL, CPL, IFR, and Instructor rating) you can get a work permit for the length of time you've been on a student visa.
