On the subject of poor customer service at NCL it really annoys me to see Swissport staff literally standing over passengers watching with both hands in pockets when passengers struggle to dismantle prams and wrestle them into the bags provided by Emirates at the gate.
Same when arriving at a remote gate with sleeping kids in arms trying to disembark down stairs with luggage in one arm and kids in other. They just stand and watch. Infuriating.
