If the data set is Apache Pilots, then the controls are conventional.
Stick in the middle, one leg on each side to the rudder pedals, and left hand on the collective/power.

Working hypothesis on this report:

Unlike male pilots, female pilots would be less likely to mistake what stick between the legs they are manipulating, and thus might be less likely to make mechanical flying errors.
