...Galland applied to the Deutsche Verkehrsfliegerschule or DVS (German Commercial Flying School) which was heavily subsidised by Luft Hansa. He was one of 100 successful applicants out of 4,000. After ten days of evaluations, he was among just 18 selected for flight training. Galland was then assessed on performance. Those that did not reach the standard were sent home...

Percentuali simili si verificavano nei corsi AZ (almeno nel nono), e nei corsi AUPC; non credo che in Luft Hansa sia attualmente molto diverso.

La soluzione del problema P2F?
Costituire il Sindacato Italiano Nazionale Piloti Aviazione Civile e 'convincere' le compagnie operanti sul territorio Nazionale che è più conveniente che crescano nel proprio seno i loro piloti.
