COVER LETTER
I have recently completed Night Rating training and would also like to convert my JAR PPL into an EASA license.
I have enclosed two applications:
• SRG1126: Application for Night Rating
• SRG1104: Application for EASA PPL – conversion of an existing JAR PPL
I have also enclosed supporting documentation:
• Original logbook
• Copy of Flight Crew Licence (JAA PPL)
• Copy of Flight Radiotelephony Operators Licence
• Copy of Certificate of Revalidation (SEP rating)
• Copy of Class 2 Medical Certificate
• Copy of photo ID (UK Driving Licence)
All copies have been certified by head of approved ATO.
I already hold English Language Proficiency at level 6.
According to the CAA Scheme of Charges, the following charges apply:
• Application for Night Rating: £89
• Application for EASA PPL – conversion of an existing JAR PPL: £73
• Courier fee: £6
I have therefore enclosed a cheque for the total of £168, which will cover all applicable charges.
