I am currently in USA for some days and would be flying around a bit. My CPL is expiring by the end of February 2014 and if I fly 10 hours PIC in Cessna 172(which is endorsed on my license) in USA and be back in India and apply for renewal before the expiration date will DGCA renew it based on the flying done outside India?
